We've been told via messages that the PO has been unable to access our address. Now I know it's snowed and then frozen etc. But We've been able to drive up and down the road for th last 3 days as have other delivery companies. What a shambles..no wonder they struggle to keep a business running.

The elderly chap at the counter is abrupt and rude, seems like he’s always having a bad day or maybe just dislikes communicating to people in a civil manner. Purposely being a nuisance with proof of name and address when I always provided my ID to him. Parking is shocking so I just enter the employees car park. Other than that the post office is in a fairly reasonable location and the service is okay.

Can get busy and the staff don't appear to be too happy about it but then again they have to deal with disgruntled customers who complain that their parcels were not delivered when they were in the house. Remember to take identification with you if you have to collect a parcel otherwise you won't get it. The cards they leave do explain this though so if you forget it isn't their fault.

What a literal shambles of a company. If you pay for 1pm guaranteed, and they can’t make that deadline, rather than just admit it and you claim the money back, they pretend they tried to deliver it but you weren’t home. So not only are they not fulfilling their guarantee that you pay for, they gaslight you into thinking it’s somehow your fault. Unfortunately, most people have CCTV these days and you were NEVER at my door all day. I cannot wait until Amazon start doing normal deliveries and puts you lot out of work. Wouldn’t even be so bad if you said “you weren’t home, but we’ll call again later” so we at least get the packages we pay for the day we need them. Scum.

I Have a magazine subscription that should be a weekly delivery but its not, all because the mail delivery in Rawmarsh is sporadic now at best sometimes I get the mag on Thursday or Friday it's posted out to me to be delivered before its the shops which is on wednesday but most of the time a week it misses a delivery and two are delivered the following week usually one on Thursday one on Friday or lately Saturday. I didn't recieve one at all this week and sometimes the latest mag first then the previous weeks later.
No a good enough service now

Opening times are now a joke 8-10...used to do until lunch time, late night once a week postal service becoming a joke no wonder they are losing money.....the only people than can collect parcels nowadays are those who dont work....its now got to the point that when ordering online i look for companies that dont use Royal FAIL.....

Parcel lost, posted at a neighbor's address but on the card posted it says my address asked all neighbors but no parcel.
Had a parcel dropped off today the item was left on the window sill in plain sight, the postman also forged our signature.

been here a few times to ouck my post up.
the gentleman behind the counter has always been very polite and helpful even though he is on his own on such a busy counter and has so much to do. Best to get there early and be the first one at the door otherwise it'll take some Time to get served. remember to take some form of I D with you if you're collecting a parcel/ letter.
