I have used Manc Global three times and each time the experience has been awesome. The driver and helper that shows to my house for collection each time as the same people so I've managed to build some rapport. These two people are quite awesome especially the driver. He's quite experienced and kind. Overall customer service has so far exceeded my expectations. I did a door-to-door from the States to Ghana with the same expectations and boy was I in for some shock lol. Anyway, I entreat all whom have any apprehensions about using Manc to do so as they're really good. Thank you for your great service and keep it going (don't make a liar out of me pls).

Happy to say I have finally found a door-to-door company that offer great service to Ghana. I have used them twice and I must say they are very reliable, professional and punctual both with collection and delivery in Ghana. Costumer service always answer the phone when you call for any help. You will never regret using them.

I have used a number of UK to Ghana door to door shipping companies and the issues are the same - unprofessionalism in communication, lack of transparency with pricing, cash system to evade taxes, no optimum pick up route meaning that you would have to wait around all day to confirm over call (at least 5 times) whether your box will be picked up and it still would not be etc etc. The list of negatives with Ghanaian door to door companies are endless.

Then we discovered Manc Global Logistics and thought it was too good to be true. We booked collection online, got that acknowledged by text and email. Then we got told when our collection date would be with a tracking link that would be live on said day. And then on the day, the link went live and the van pulled up to our driveway at the appointed time. Box was picked and we were able to make payment online rather easily by card. The prices were also published online so it was easy to know how much was going to be paid. We received a pdf receipt in the email and that was it. Such a breeze. For the first time in all my years in the UK, shipping a box home has been hustle free and has not messed up my working day in anyway. Absolutely incredible for same price as well.

Please do not hesitate to go with this company for your door to door shipping needs to Ghana. I am staying with them forever.

UK to Ghana Door to door shipping. During the covid-19 pandemic, I contacted Manc Global Logistics to have items shipped to my son in Ghana.

As Ghana's borders were closed to all passenger traffic, Manc Global Logistics suggested I shipped with their door to door service which is a consolidated service serving the UK and Ghana.

From initial contact to pickup, I was confident that I found the right company to deal with my shipment. Manc Global Logistics collected, shipped and delivered 3 boxes right to my son's doorstep in Accra with no issues.

I find their pricing competitive. £75 for a large box measuring 60x60x60cm us an absolute bargain. Will be using their air freight service, once the current situation returns to normal.

My stuff was delivered on time and the recipient confirmed the delivery guys were very polite and professional. Only snag, I have attempted to rebook another service and still waiting over a week after. Still would give 5 star - because I am impressed with my first order!
