I had to send a large original picture from the UK to France. Naz at the MBE store in Lower Marsh was wonderful. She made all the arrangements impeccably including collecting the item from my home at a precise time, packaging it and then despatching it to France via FedEx. The picture arrived in pristine condition and I am very happy. I really recommend this office and Naz in particular.

I come here for all my packaging and postal needs. The owner (Naz) often operates behind the counter and is helpful with packaging regularly taking charge and doing it for me. Sometimes she doesn't charge me for packaging materials and my packages often go same day even though FedEx/UPS have already collected that day but she has called the drivers to return and collect my parcels. I have no hesitation in recommending the service her.

I have been using this place for a few years by now. I get some of my mail delivered there; I send mail from there to various places in the UK and abroad; I have done some photocopying and scanning from there and other things as well. It is a great place. The service is amazing. the owner is so very helpful, polite, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable in the business. Her suggestions, solutions and advice regarding her business are always invaluable. Moreover, she is so kind and lovely, it is a real
pleasure to come in. I would highly recommend, with no reservation what-so-ever, this place to anyone. You could not do better!

Posted a rather large and heavy package to the USA, and came here due to it being near my workplace. I was greeted by Bridget, who weighed, packed up into the box and talked me through my shipping options. She was professional, friendly and went above and beyond. My package arrived safely yesterday and I am delighted. Would definitely recommend this service and use them again. Bridget, thank you so much for making my friends in the US enjoy their Christmas!

Very unhappy with refunds service. Paid a lot to send a parcel to Spain, a month later it's just been returned to me (31january 2022). Took parcel back to the shop and asked for a refund and they refused and blamed Royal Mail. As they haven't fulfilled what I paid them to do, contractually, i expected a refund for lack of achievement of the service. Won't use them again.

By far the worst Mailbox I have used. Posted 2 parcels on the 30th for next day signed for. My parcels have only just been sent yesterday, so my customers make a compliant to me because you can’t be bothered to send them on time. Then you tried to charge 50p card fee, which 50p isn’t a lot but you can’t charge card fees anymore. The women were just way over the top and didn’t care less, you forgot about my stuff. Where’s the refund?

I have used this service for a number of years now and I would like to thank both ladies, Bridget and Naz for their services and their patience towards the sort of super rude customers with a very arrogant attitude and unrealistic expectations. Despite being treated badly by these type of customers, both Bridget and Naz have always kept their smile up and went the extra mile in helping their customers.
Once again, thank you both for your services.
The world would be indeed a better place without rude aggressive individuals.
