I did a printing and picked up a parcel here today, great service very nice people, so rare to find a mail shop that’s not rude and doesn’t get your parcel lost these days. Can’t appreciate more. Came on a Wednesday, opening time is also very accurate.

Overcharging.

Went to Mail Boxes to buy a Special Delivery pre-paid envelope. Asked for one for up to 100g, but only had the more expensive 500g.
I was then asked to pay £12.95, I paid for the same type of envelope the day before in a post office £8.95.
Went to another place around the corner (Citibox) and was then asked for £9.95!

They know people need them for passport application etc so can charge anything!!

So glad I had the team at MBE help with a delicate international shipping package. The protective packing was exceptionally thorough and well done and it arrived in perfect condition.
Joshua was always in contact and quick with a helpful response as the package worked its way through its long journey, even with follow ups after delivery. Highly recommended.

Very helpful & friendly who did everything he could to get a death certificate to South Africa as soon as possible! Which was such a relief when it arrived with care in SA on Christmas Eve! They were amazing! Thank you so much! 🙌🏽

This place is so great! Denz was very helpful, fast, and efficient! He assisted me with what box sizes where the best and packed all my fragile items in order for them to not get damage in transit.
