My partner is an architect at Fuel studios in the Norwich Lanes and was also an architectural commercial artist. We use this business because I can bring his spare prints in and they are happy to let me write all the instructions on paper and then put it into confidential waste. Absolutely useless - I rang expressily to chack and make sure that they would take care in packaging leather bound books individually in bubble wrap and they assured me that they would do this. Reassured I paid for the service I had requested and received a box of books with NO PROTECTION whatsoever. The books were just placed in a box with polystyrene chips - not even enough to cover them. Postage would have been £20, chips and box £3? COST - £62.

I strongly advise you NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY if you want to receive your goods safely. I have asked for a refund - we will wait and see!

I needed high quality reproductions of two watercolours with as close as possible colour reproduction. They did a fantastic job. The reproductions were so close that once they were framed it was not possible to tell the difference between the original and the copies.
