If you want someone to break your goods and keep your money you are at the right place.
I paid for shipping my ceramic lot with full insurance. Most of the items arrived broken. I sent photos and asked for compensation the day our boxes arrived.
I have to say that the packing was not professional and inefficient. have a look at the photos!
I have been trying to contact them by email for 10 months now and nobody is replying.
So I paid insurance for nothing, my items arrived broken and .... they simply don't care.

Asked for a quote for picking up auction items, packing them and posting. They responded to my request with a quote the same day but the eventual cost was actually lower than the quote. The parcel arrived quickly (much quicker than anything an auction has packed themselves by far) and all of the items were packed with incredible care. The communication from Michelle was excellent. I couldn't hope for a better service. Thank you.

Contacted this company to pick up 2 small auction lots in the same town. Quoted me £38 to collect and pack in a single box. Seemed a little bit high but went with it expecting a fast premium service.

Unfortunately I had to chase for updates twice and after 2 weeks my parcel was sent.

On the plus side it was well wrapped. Perhaps not a service provider to use if you are in a hurry...

Excellent service at very competitive rates. Chris was very helpful and quoted me less than half the amount that Pack & Send quoted. All items arrived safely, well packed and on time. I will be using MBE Guildford for all of my auction deliveries in the Surrey area in future. Highly recommended.

Chris and Scott...I can not recommend these guys enough! I went into the store in a bit of a pickle...I had a last minute parcel I needed to send to my dad in Spain which had to arrive within three days, as my daughter had made him something special and she desperately wanted to see papa open on it his birthday. Thankfully it arrived after only two days! The whole process was seamless from start to finish and all I really had to do was pay. While it was a little pricey, I definitely got what I paid for.

I used these when I needed an item collecting from an auction house and delivering to me. To cut a long story short, it took over 5 weeks to arrive when most other services take between a few days and a couple of weeks. Communication was also terrible as out of 7 emails I sent, only 2 were answered. I actually had to contact the auction house to chase these up before anything was done! Would definiately NOT recommend. (All comments I have posted can be verified)
