I used to have my parcels delivered here for collection, but they suddenly stopped offering the service. Instead of allowing customers to pick up any remaining parcels, they rejected them all, which means two of my parcels are now being returned to the sender and are now missing.

UPDATE: Your staff could have accepted the parcels instead of rejecting them and explained that they were scrapping the service when I collected them. But I guess that was too much work for them. Also, did you use AI to write your reply?

First class service from Mail Boxes etc on Bedford St in Covent Garden. The man on the desk was super helpful and guided me through the whole process of sending some documents internationally via FedEx. The documents arrived on time at their destination. I would highly recommend Mail Boxes etc.

I have had a mailbox with this company for 15+ years. The employees are professional and courteous. I strongly recommend them to anyone searching for secure mail delivery.

Absolute rubbish. 0/5. Just been into this shop wanting to send off a couple of parcels. No parcels bags so wanted to sell me overpriced boxes. When I said no it was a miracle when the bags suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

Once I’d sealed the bags (no mentioned of cost) the bloke wanted £10. TEN POUNDS. These bags as £2 in Stratford MBE. To add to the disappointment this store does not offer RM 24/48 services. What a joke.

Mailboxes Etc is no longer a reliable cost effective name. The exception to this is MBE Stratford which is an absolute gold standard.

£10!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable. This place is a scam.

Edited review. Staff were very friendly and helpful. But you can only use the Yodel services between 12 and 5.

I, was recommended to go to this shop near where I live to send my Cards to Australia as hate going to the PO in the Strand well a member of the Staff Gus was so pleasant and friendly it was a pleasure to go there everything was done for me they sell a bit of stationary also and he even he offered his arm to assist me on the two steps when I was leaving I was so impressed I, will be definitely going back.

Great service and I had a good experience at the store. I was quite stressed with the packaging before I got there and got solved in store professionally. Then, my label came so slow but the staff was very patient and waited with me for a long time. Really appreciate the help and the kindness. Sorry for leaving the comment months late.

Ordered some last minute prints and MBE went above and beyond for me. Not only had they printed what I needed within minutes, they stayed open past closing time so I could collect. Absolute heroes. Would recommend 1000x.
