Accepted their quote and instructed to pick up Lot from auction house, they sent me an order number and that was it. After 2 weeks
refused to say when they would be collecting the Lot and then ignored emails. Very unprofessional ended up making alternative arrangements, certainly no way to run a business.

Not a good experience with this company. They delivered my paintings from an exhibition but unfortunately the tape left a lot of residue on the glaze. They suggested various ways of removing the residue and refused to compensate for the damaged glazing. Do not recommend.

Highly professional service with very reasonable pricing! Fast and friendly communication, fast collection of goods from an auction and speedy quote for the mailing. Painting arrived perfectly wrapped in bubble-foil and in strong box within just 3 days via airmail. All in all: Better experience than with all the other Mail-Boxes I tried before.

The level of communication was well above average. The packaging was stupendous and one of the items, a glass dome for an anniversary clock, was completely intact - no damage at all. The box was pretty large for the size of the actual item, but I could see that Mail Boxes was eager to please yet another customer - and they did! The box was filled with foam chips and oodles of bubble wrap.

Overall, an excellent transaction.

UPDATE: 6 March 2019. Now having to wait in for this latest shipment which has already been delayed by approx 9 days. I'm convinced I was told by 1pm today and now going to have to wait in. Assistant dismissively told me it was on the van and would be delivered by 5pm today. NOT GOOD ENOUGH, especially after the delay in getting the item from auction, packaging it and then getting it sent out.

FURTHER UPDATE. Now gone 5pm and still no sign of parcel. USELESS.

I’ve worked with Mail Boxes Etc a few times for making wedding and birthday invitations and I will use them again anytime I have a similar job to do. Joe presses loads of buttons and makes my paintings magically turn into a pretty invite. They use good quality card and print with really vibrant colours. Fast service and good prices. They’re willing and very helpful, I’ll be back soon!

Excellent service and fast, effective communications.

My experience involved their courier service involving the collection of a very delicate item from an auction house, packaging it and delivering to me safely some while after I first requested their service as I was away at the time. All was accomplished perfectly and it arrived exactly as anticipated.

Once the art work was sorted and agreed, delivery of our stationery was within 2 days.

I can not recommend the international shipping service highly enough. From my initial telephone call through to the registration and dropping off of my boxes the team at Mail Boxes Etc answered every question and allayed every fear. My boxes were full of personal effects which I was worried about yet it was clear that it was all going to be monitored and managed throughout the shipping process. Andrew was friendly, knowledgable and approachable. Many services we use today make us (the customer) feel inadequate or intimidated for not knowing everything about the service we are buying. Not in this case. I had no idea about shipping boxes to Mongolia, but I didn't have to worry at all. Having been through the process and having just heard that the boxes have all arrived safely, I wouldn't hesitate to use Mail Boxes Etc again. Highly Recommended.
