I went there and had a such bad experience.
I live locally and it’s such a shame that this place is so crap. When you arrive, no one comes and ask what do you need. They are all together gossip and doing nothing. I have to shout out for the staffs to come.They don’t bother at all when I stand and wait for them. They still on their conversations and continuing their conversation.
They are so slow and not friendly. I won’t come back again and I won’t recommend them to anyone 👎

Great service, I called in very late on a Saturday, unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the lady that looked after me, but my picture, arrived 3 days later, wrapped and completely safe. Great service many thanks guys, I never knew you existed and will gladly use you again?

I always have the best and easiest service with Mailbox Chelsea. The staff are so lovely and useful and carry out great customer service the whole way through any job, including if there are some delays due to outside factors. Would highly recommend using this branch for the best services.

Wanted to add my own personal experience of Mailboxes in Chelsea. I am amongst their longest serving members. 25 years. There's a reason I've been with them that long. Great address and professional, efficient and friendly staff. Warmly recommended.

Yesterday I went there to sort out a post box for me, and as I am in the middle of stressful move I was stressed and I was in a hurry and had a lot of questions, but they were very nice, in particular a lady called Lyba, such a lovely lady, explained everything to me and had to repeat as I couldn't concentrate, she even helped to do the form, even though I dragged her from her break she didn't mind, and still was kind, patient and helpful. Her advice helped me to choose the best plan for me. I left there with a smile on my face! Thank you so very much
