Fantastic Service, Speed and Attitude.
Been renting a mailbox for a few years at The Triangle branch and recently moved all my printing needs to them too. They have a quick turn around which I like and need in my business. The guys in the branch are hilarious which makes going in fun! The prices are good and invoicing is swift and easy to understand. Keep it up!

Several times that I went to print some documents and all the time the seller was very rude. I thought at the beginning maybe he had a bad day but this morning I went to print some stuff and ask him kindly to give me also an envelope and he told me: “oh come on man” in a rude way, like he’s rushing like he’s not pleasant with his job… so rubbish, customer service.

I would leave a 0 star rating if possible. We received without a doubt the worst service EVER (I'm from Mexico so I know what a bad customer service is). We sent our Covid day 2 tests with UPS and paid a significant amount of money as we wanted to send them back to the lab with a 24 hrs tracked service.
Next thing, we receive a notification saying our samples wont get to the lab until Monday (we sent them thursday morning). We paid £50 for each of the tests (we sent 2) and now they are gonna be invalid as the laboratory can only process samples taken within 70 hrs.
We went to the shop and even when we paid for a UK delivery they said its would take more time because we sent it to Northern Irland and that the guy who processed our delivery was new and didn't know the adress we provided was in Northern Irland (even when it explicitely said so). Now we will have to pay another £50 each to take the tests again....
Really, the WORST service ever. Dont come here if you are sending valuable things or things that need to arrive within a certain time frame as they are totally unreliable.
