We at Tower Ceramics have used Madex Logistics for more than five years to distribute our ceramic/ancillary products all over the UK and on occasion beyond.

Their service is all round excellent. The online booking portal is really quick and efficient. The team at HQ are very responsive to any requests for help we might have. The drivers are courteous and patient, and they must be equally careful as our delicate cargo always arrives on site intact, and on time. If there are any difficulties with making a drop (which more often than not relates to an issue with the recipient) they always make contact and do their best to resolve there and then - the drivers certainly don't give up at the first opportunity and head to the next drop.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Madex Logistics. It has been 8 days since the package was dispatched to them and I am still waiting for my item to arrive. To make matters worse, the company confirmed the delivery date, only to change it at the last minute (on the expected delivery day) to the following day. This caused significant disruptions to my builders' work schedule, leading to unnecessary delays and additional costs.

The lack of reliability and poor communication from Madex logistics is unacceptable. I expected better service.

Stay away from this company. Don't bother to call. They tried to leave a pallet on the busy highroad instead of leaving it on the pavement risking the safety of the customer and general public. When i took pictures he immediately took the pallet away. Very dodgy company.

Left the parcel on the pavement. Very very rude delivery driver. Contacted HQ to complain and they said their job is to deliver on the kerb side and not inside of the actual address. Not recommended so not use. Especially if you are a business owner as they will get you in trouble with your clients.

I had a fantastic experience with Madex thanks to our delivery courier Gilbert. We had two toilets delivered, weighing a total of 90 kg, and the delivery involved navigating some stairs where a trolley couldn't be used. Gilbert was incredibly professional, responsible, and kind throughout the process. He went above and beyond by helping to carry the heavy items all the way to our front door, ensuring they arrived safely and without any hassle. His dedication and helpful attitude made a significant difference, and I am extremely grateful for his assistance. Highly recommend their service!

Mike was polite, friendly and helpful and actually made our delivery enjoyable! He is an absolute asset to your company. This is direct contrast to your driver who failed to deliver to us two days ago (Monday's driver was rude, impatient, wasted hours of multiple people's time and made your company look awful). I'm rating five stars because of the amazing Mike, but if I was rating on the driver from Monday, it would be zero.
