Some of the best fish and chips we’ve had -beautifully cooked and seasoned (so often the fish and/or batter lacks salt and so is bland), batter wonderfully light and fish meaty, moist and flaky. Chips excellent too. Ice cream also some of the best we’ve had. Highly recommended.

Excellent old school chippy. The chips were hot and fresh. Obviously this is Fort William, so there will be a queue at peak times, but it moves quickly.

They absolutely take cards.
No idea where some reviews say they don't.

We came here to try Equi’s ice cream and had five scoops: banana & caramel, blue bubblegum, raspberry ripple, double cream vanilla, and Belgian chocolate. They were all fantastic — especially the banana & caramel, which was our favorite. We really enjoyed them on a rare sunny day in Fort William! Highly recommend!

Our fish and chips were freshly cooked and worth the wait. The batter was crisp, fish moist and the chips were cooked to perfection. The onion rings were also crispy and delicious. A local recommended your chippy, we’re so glad we took him up on his recommendation. We will return when next up in FW.

We went in just minutes before closing and they only had the cheapest fish, but it was so dang good anyway.

I'm actually quite annoyed, because I think they ruined fish and chips for me forever.
I'm not going to run across any this good in Kansas. It was the best I've ever had.

Didn't have the fish and chips, but leaving a review for the ice cream as it was so delicious! We tried the Isle of Skye sea salt caramel, belgian chocolate, cookies and cream, and toffee flavours - all were super delicious, and my favourite was definitely the sea salt caramel. The lady serving us was also lovely and was very generous with ice cream scoops 🙂
