Spoke to Ian on the phone about an incident where one of their big haulage Vehicles wasn’t correctly fastened because of that stone is flipped off one of their lorries and smashed my windscreen. I now can’t drive my free and four-year-old girls around until I get it fixed. I’m a sole trader and really struggling at the moment. Ian was absolutely no help whatsoever. Tried phoning another person and had no joy. Rude. Horrible. Do not use these people.

One of these drivers tryed to ram a small silver car off the A1m today 18/9/23 at barnsdale barr, shocking driving by the M way & son drive, i hope someone has dash cam footage and sends it to the police.

The driver of one of these trucks decided to "teach us all a lesson" blocking 20 cars in for 45 mins in a very badly sign posted lorry park at services on the A303. This added at least 2 hours onto a very long journey for me and my family as we then hit rush hour on a Friday.

I really hope karma strikes this arse of a human one day and if this is the respect a so called professional driver has for other road users, it's clear how they will treat their customers.
