Men turned up on time and proceeded to dismantle beds and load the lorry, very polite and courteous and when we met them at the new property they unloaded quickly. Other than the beds taking a while to put back together they were done and dusted in no time and on their way.

Would recommend this removal company as they have moved us before and always received a good efficient service.

I contacted Lund Conlon for a quote and was given a video survey appointment. The quotation came back quickly and was very competitive and we decided to pay the extra for the fully packed service. The removals team arrived when they said they would and packed everything in the house neatly and efficiently taking care with our breakable items. We paid the waiting time waiver which for 3 hours peace of mind was really worth it as we didn't get the keys until after 1300hrs so would've been charged had we not. All the boxes were loaded and unloaded to a room of our choice in the new house and couldn't have gone smoother. One issue was a cushion from our sofa fell behind some spare packing materials on the van but this was discovered the next day before I'd even called to ask if they had it and was dropped off securely packaged in another box. We hope not to move again any time soon, but if we do we'll use them again and will recommend them to friends. Thank you for making a stressful day a little calmer by taking good care of our things.

We recently used Lund-Conlon Removers for a short move across town. The staff on the 2 days were extremely friendly and efficient, and did the job without any complaints. The quote was good and was competitive, so we were happy with this. Our only gripe was being hounded by the bookings team; we couldn't give a removal date until we had, of course, exchanged contracts, and felt we were contacted too many times to secure our booking. We felt we had made it clear that we would be engaging Lund-Conlon and would enquire about suitable dates with them once we definitely knew that we had secured our house. Would use again, as the movers were excellent, would just appreciate fewer emails at an already stressful time.

White & Co / Lund-Conlon were strongly recommended to us by a friend who had assessed several firms .
On that basis I had no hesitation using White and Co , a prompt friendly visit was arranged to fully assess the size of the move . A very reasonable detailed quote arrived the following day . Whilst a moving date was ‘ pencilled in ‘ we were only able to confirm one week beforehand
White and co were superb throughout . We decided to do our own packing , so when the 3 person crew arrived at 9AM it only took them 2 hours to load the vehicle . They were friendly and helpful throughout .
A solicitors delay , resulted in a 4 hour wait at the other end , not an unusual occurrence apparently . Unloading eventually began and was completely within an hour
I would definitely use White and Co again !

Packing, dismantling and moving 150 miles with care and a helpful, positive attitude. Really appreciate them in what is a stressful time. From the first contact to the safe delivery of the contents of our house, the service we received was excellent
The communication with the office was very good, Sue was very helpful and answered all my questions and settled my nerves !
The boys / men who completed our removals were very courteous and had a great sense of humour. Our things were put into storage for about 5 weeks, and delivered on time by Ricky and Ben who were helpful, courteous and again had a great sense of humour

Starting with the survey, the experience was simple to set up and the surveyor was polite and efficient asking what appeared to be all the correct questions. On the actual day of removal, the 2 movers were slightly surprised at the amount of items that were to be moved and commented that the surveyor had possibly underestimated the load, it did all go into the van. On arrival at Dundee the 2 movers unloaded the van in a very efficient manner, although a couple items were noted as being damaged during the offload, a hole had been made to the rear of our wardrobe, this was disappointing. Overall we were very pleased with the move as a whole, I am not sure whether we can claim from you for the damage to the wardrobe, apart from that, all good.
