This was my experience from a few years ago - SO upset and peed off with Luggage Mule. I arranged for my dog's crate to get sent down from Norfolk to Berkshire last week. It was broken down for easier travel and smaller size. Well the driver demanded that the crate had to be put together so then being twice the height I then had an extra £85 taken off my card. They refuse to refund it saying "well it was bigger than what you said" EVEN tho the driver said it HAD to be that way.
Then it arrives and it's broken.
Customer services attitude was disgusting, kept saying they had "given me a break by only charging me an extra £85 when it should've been an extra £300". Seriously?!?!

So disappointing. Was quoted a reasonable price for sending some luggage to Australia. Had entered pick up and delivery address, weight and all necessary info. After I had already payed and flown over to Australia, luggage mule then informed me that they would need to add an extra £100 because of the location of the pick up or delivery (wasn’t clear). So I offered to have the bag taken to a more central location, or to pick it up in Aus somewhere less remote. Still wanted to charge the extra £100! Clearly just a scam as if it was really to do with the location they should have been upfront about this in the quote, especially when I was flexible with where it could be picked up/dropped off. Very unhappy with this service.

Dishonest quoting system. Received quote after entering pick up and delivery address. Paid for delivery then was emailed informing me i was required an extra £100 due to the address of pickup/drop off. What is the point of providing a quote based on the pick up and drop off point if there is going to be additional charges.

Will be warning anyone i know of this services.

Avoid at all coast, rude and unhelpful customer services.

Used the service for shipping 3 suitcases from London to Oxford. Shopping for a quote was easy through website, pick up was timely (earlier in the day) and delivery was made in 2 days. Prices are very reasonable. Will use again if needed.

Recently sent a parcel to Portugal, although everything was going well and I understood that now with Brexit we have to fill in a bunch of new papers. I still had issues with the customs and had to pay extra to send Gifts to my family. Even though I sent the documents as requested to Luggage Mule first and no one contacted me back to say I would probably have to pay more or anything. I also requested the delivery to happen on the 25th and only got delivered on the 29th.

Great service, the suitcases arrived in their destination intact. They were just a day late with picking up my stuff, and I had to contact them in order to find out more. So if you're in a rush, probably give it a day or two extra to make sure everything will arrive in time.
Still, very helpful and cheap prices !

I tried to arrange a shipping of 2 bike boxes from Stockholm to the UK via luggage mule. There was a degree of urgency to arrange it. I rang luggage mule a total of 3 times but was unable to get an answer. I emailed them and got a reply early in the day. I emailed them at 2 pm and made it clear I needed confirmation before the end of the day. I got no reply back. The whole experience was very disappointing. The aspect I found the most disappointing was the fact that it was impossible to make telephone contact. It's all very well doing things by email and inline but as a customer ,you have no idea when you'll be responded to
