Similar situation as last review , sent back for refund , waited weeks then contacted them and they flatly refused refund , even thou gave them original post office receipt, don’t give you any information and abrupt emails from Lewis , refusing to give details . Trading standards said to try and resolve before a complaint is given. Evri investigation is being carried out as the parcel is clearly lost or misplaced …. AVOID TO MUCH HASSLE LOOK THROUGHT REVIEWS THIS IS A COMMON THING WITH THEM AND EVRI, Lewis stated a lot of items have gone missing .. the order was for £215 and the way they act is terrible , never had anyone so uncooperative. I will pursue this matter just to save people losing money to these guys …

Late order, no updates and not a person to speak with. Ordered something ages ago before our anniversary, the "delivered the latest" date is gone and due to the parcel point being closed for the weekend, there is no way I will receive my order for at least another 2-3 days so in total 10 days and IF I ever receive my order, who knows. I can't comment on the quality but DON'T trust them to deliver on time if you are in a hurry.

Made a recent purchase for a friends hen so it wasn’t a cheap purchase. Upon speaking to a friend we had both purchased the same item so out of the entire order I decided to send one item back. I followed LH trading returns process and sent it back via evri who of which of course lost the parcel. I dropped it to the collection point on the 23th and it was collected by evri on the 25th and this is the last time it’s moved. I got in touch with LH trading to advise this and had nothing but hell since! It always shows how good a company is when things go wrong and this isn’t a good company to deal with! I’ve spoke to multiple advisors time and time again who are argumentative, awkward and passive aggressive. I’m shocked that their advisors are able to speak to people the way they do! Clearly management don’t have a quality check in place! They refuse to pass information across. Drag the process out completely and have no sense of urgency to resolve anything! After all it’s not them out of pocket! Don’t bother responding to this review with your generic “we couldn’t find you on our systems” you absolutely can you’re just yet again avoiding doing anything to help!!! Shocking company! Wouldn’t recommend as they don’t help when things go wrong! Currently without the item and without my money which wasn’t cheap! They are a company that doesn’t care about customer satisfaction and have no level of customer service experience in place, they all can’t be bothered, there’s no one professional on the other end who can help.

Fast and efficient service with a very informative website, HOWEVER considerably more expensive than other online retailers. They offer big discounts to attract customers but their products are over priced in the first place, which I find misleading. Make sure SHOP AROUND first but if you are happy to pay extra, there is nothing else I can fault them with.

Great to be able to pick up packages in person on a regular basis and save £££ on postage. I’m sure my Wankmaster3000 wouldn’t have fit through the letterbox anyway. Don’t know what I’d do without this place!
