This was my first time buying a car.. What stood out was how well presented the cars and dealership was which gave me confidence that I was on to a winner. Connor's helpfulness is second to none and was keen on helping us form a deal. He gave us a very reasonable discount on the car in question and the overall buying experience was top notch. I noticed a vehicle advertised on Used Cars NI which was described as "Due In." I saved it to favourites and monitored it's progress for a few days but the status "Due In" remained. I rang yesterday and spoke to someone who said that the vehicle was in but that he hadn't the time to update the website. It was 4.32pm according to the website, they were closing/closed at 4.30pm. I asked for a couple of photos and the guy said "send me a WhatsApp message." He replied "I'll send the photos soon." This morning, no photos, so I sent another message. I got a reply saying "we sold the van last night." It was his van and his perogative. However, it was bad business, in my opinion, and he shut the door completely on any future business.
