The service at the Post Office is absolutely terrible. Sending and receiving Evri parcels is difficult here. More often than not there is an excuse not to accept parcels. I’ve been told ‘the box is full’, or ‘the machine is not switched on’. On one occasion they refused to give me a parcel that I was there to collect because ‘the machine is broken’. The customer service is some of the worst I have ever received. On top of being woefully incompetent; several members of staff are also just rude. Staff training is desperately needed here. Something is going very wrong.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
The staff need training on Post Office services, their policy is 'if I don't like you', what you want to do is 'against store policy' they dont allow you to pay legal tender notes into your bank account. They need to be trained on what Legal Tender actually means!!!!

The staff are usually rude and unfriendly and make you feel like an inconvenience (except for the young lad who is always polite and friendly). There is nothing online to say the Post Office is closed 12-2pm (there was no one on the counter the whole time I was waiting). I've posted parcels at lunchtime before but got turned away by the rude lady.

The service I received here was very poor. Pretended that equipment would not work so they didn't have to give me my parcel..very bad customer service. Training needed in this store.
Only used because the postman took my parcel here as I was not home when delivered. Will not use again!!
