The shop is mostly useful; a lot of good products. The post office section is ran terribly. The male staff are rude, inattentive and disrespectful: every time I drop off a parcel, they simply sling it on the floor with no regard to the customer's possessions. I have commented in person about this before and nothing changes. Today I tried to collect a parcel using a QR code, and the staff member said he needed to see my ID, even though the email said show the QR code OR your ID. I cannot wait for Northstowe to get its own post office so I no longer have to use this store.

This review mainly focuses on the Post Office / Evri drop-off services. Overall, it’s a good experience. Staff are efficient and handle parcels quickly. That said, the service can sometimes feel a bit cold or business-like, and queues do form at times, as others have mentioned. That said, it’s a reliable and convenient option for those living locally!

This shop is handy to return your Evri parcel, if you are a local to Northstowe, it is much closer than travelling to Willingham. The staff were okay and did what they were supposed to do. Overall I had a good experience.
