There's a lot of building work going on in this area just now (Jan 2022) and the direction signs and road works leave a lot to be desired. Google maps did get me to the correct building, but to the wrong entrance, I've since reported this mistake.

Venue was nice. It could do with clearer signposting in order to find it when walking from Dagenham East station. The poorly functioning ladies toilets was a big issue with over 200 people there 🙁

Came to support my niece who was putting on a film festival at the time. Still new biuldings going up. Should be great place to be when completed.

It used to be a retail park but its being re-developed. Currently housed an IT college and some few offices. The reconstruction is ongoing and may take some time for it to function fully.

I can only comment as an RVS volunteer at the Covid-19 vaxine site, the building I was in was clean & well layed out with plenty of facilities both inside & out
