its okay at best, nothing groundbreaking...
staff is good (so far) ... the infrastructure and student affairs comms are a bit tedious and everything has to go through the poorly designed IT system which is a case study about how not to do UI / UX ... a lot of room for improvement!
i guess the staff including both the faculty and management and the location are the only standouts ... well for me atleast!

Oh what a terrible university ……
They are just doing the education business also a whole racism is happening towards the Asian students by mass failure their course which leads no option for Psw. When we ask to the head of university the said without any empathy they only able to pass 80% of student and whatever it is 20% should fail. They also included me as well for this. then I got third chance with help
Of ombudsman for resit obviously again they failed me intentionally. I don’t know who is doing mark for the assessment who even don’t know the companies name in the uk and giving very poor feedback. When we ask or raise complaint against it they will delay the time as they can to get the response because they know that they are wrong. I would definitely raise campaign to help Asian students not to come this university again even don’t have any sufficient grade in the university world of uk. Such bad, cruel, racist, business minded, not empathetic, people and institution. You should stop the education sector if you are looking for business only . Education is service. I’m regretting to choose this university. Not satisfied to give even one star. If any student want any information you can contact me to save your life and career.

Overall university is good and I will highly recommend my friend to take admission in this university but the thing that always frustrate me is they don't have a proper fees managing portal in which students can check their remaining fees. I sent an email to university and their was a guy Sukhveer Singh who just told me that I should tail my successful payment email receipt.
Seriously, we are paying our fees and your reply is just that. It wasn't good at all.

University is near to east india DLR station... There is a building know as poplar... Uni is in the 7th floor of the building... The uni is well organised... There are only a few classrooms but everything is well maintained
