Your drivers need some road etiquette training.
Gesticulating and mouthing off when someone tries to back up out their way.
Bagley Rd is a 30 mph residential road not a race track.

Awful company! Deliver items and then refuse to pick them back up from the same spot because it’s unsafe for their drivers!

I had two deliveries from this company. In both occasion (same driver) refused to drive in the drive to unload, like previous deliveries from other companies (I'm building a house so there's been loads including 60t cranes).
On first delivery, he unloaded the pallet right in front of my drive meaning no car could get in or out. I ended up paying to a local to move part of the pallet while I unloaded the rest by hand (I'm a woman over fifty with sciatica and really bad back).
Second time I refused the delivery as he was about to do the same. If I'm paying for a delivery, I do not want it on the road (B road btw). Called the office twice and the man on the other side hang up on me twice saying he had more to do.
Second attempt for second delivery and driver wanted to leave it again on the road, very nice driver even mentioned the F word to me...
Lovely customer service, NOT!
Update: a driver came last night and unloaded the goods from pallet on site. Thank you, if only your colleagues were a little more helpful 🙂

Many thanks to Makaya for delivering our flooring in our absence. We had scheduled the delivery for Friday so we could be there. She went the extra mile and covered the flooring with a tarpaulin in case it rained! Thanks again Makaya.
