Fantastic experience from start to finish. Mike is very professional, informative and friendly. He explained everything in detail when giving the quote. On the day Alex did the job and again, brilliant service from him too. He runs everything through with you before starting. Very friendly guy and did an excellent job. Mike and the team were great from start to finish, we were having a new loft hatch installed and Mike gave us all the options. The joiner on the day was professional, tidy and pleasant. Very pleased with the result. Highly recommended.

I had a very professional and detailed estimate appointmernt with Mike. The price was right and the quality of the proposed ladder was exactly what I was looking for. I was amazed that they were able to book in the installation for the following week!! David, the joiner, contacted me the day before and popped round to do a little prep. The next morning he was there on time and cracked on with the job. It was not only completed with 4/5 hours but the quality of the work was very high and undertaken with a very personable approach. I have the old lath and plaster that was disturbed during the installation and Mike called me the following day and resolved the issue immediately and without quibbling. I'm very impressed with this company and the people I've dealt with.

From the moment I rang and spoke to Mike to Graham the Joiner leaving my home, I was nothing but absolutely delighted.
Mike came to my home, explained my options with no hard sell. Just practical advice. Date and time arranged for loft ladders and boarding to be installed. Graham arrived on time, very professional and approachable. Cleaned up thoroughly before leaving taken removed materials away. Explained how to use the ladder with some very useful tips. Price very reasonable, but no shortcuts. For the price paid really not worth the hassle doing it myself.

Mike visited our home and to give us a quote, he was on time, polite and very respectful of the Covid-19 situation. Mike explained our options, no hard sell, just facts and we decided upon what would be the best route forward and got us booked in for the joiner to come and complete the work.

On the day, Dave arrived on time, explained the process and got on with it. He was extremely polite, friendly and respectful. Dave worked stringently to ensure the job was completed whilst maintaining Covid-19 security.

The standard of work and professionalism maintained by Mike and Dave throughout the whole process was outstanding and I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

From when Mike called me to David the Joiner leaving my home, I was nothing but absolutely delighted & pleased with the work that they had undertaken in our home

Also when the government had lifted some guidelines due to the Covid 19
Mike called me to explain and run through that David would be wearing gloves and a mask and that he would wipe everything down and to just let him get on with the work
