Honestly this was the place to go. Used it for over 4 years non-stop. They have changed staff. The lady today with short blonde hair is so so so rude. I got there at 17:20, she acknowledged me and said to wait. I did, she was signing documents that looked like cheques. Then the man came to pick up the bags, so she was then signing and talking to him. She literally said I have a costumer to serve but hers can go tomorrow. ? I waited 10 minutes. Now at 17:30. I post every two months, I’ve always been charged the same, I use the same envelope and material. I use the same service. She said I was wrong. I said I’ve been doing this for over four years and it’s always been this service. This lady is “elderly” and I was trying to be kind, never said a bad word however the look I got was as if she could kill me. I paid. I left and never again will I come back. Horrified.

There was a lovely lady working here before. She would always speak to me about her holidays, she really enjoyed cruise ships. Always had amazing nails and was chatty to all customers. I would laugh at the queue because everyone loved her.

Avoid this post office. Now looking for another, I’d recommend you do the same!!!

Extremely rude staff! And it’s just opening time. She definitely can’t handle any customer. Take two letters there, was paid online. She declined it, as says I didn’t paid enough for that. She through me back the letter. Talking with me like a criminal. I can if I choose a wrong service she should help me with that not shout with me. In the future I do not wish to serve by her. Or rather I walk to an another post office. Today I paid £7 extra for two wedding invitations to send. Shame on this lady and the Royal Mail!

Had to wait 5 minutes for a staff member to deal with someones inquiry, no apologies no hello. Asked to top up electricity key handed over money the staff member proceeded to check the money thoroughly. Used a detector pen, used another detector pen looked at it for about a minute and held it up to the light for about 30 seconds. No thank you's after the transaction was complete just passed me the key. Terrible customer service having worked in this area for years, wont be using again will be going 15 minutes out of my way now never using again.

This post office used to be so awful, I refused to ever go there. The staff used to be incredibly rude. However, I recently had to go in and there was a new lady who was absolutely wonderful. I'm sorry I didn't take her name. Excellent customer service.

Stood waiting for 5-10 minutes at 5:15 then get told that they can’t take anymore parcels as I’m standing there waiting with said parcels.
Don’t bother going if your even close to 5-5:30 just go to a different one which closes at 6:30 instead

Worst Post Office in town. I live very near this one but travel to another due to the poor service at this one. Service has always been terrible - unfriendly, unhelpful women who seem to relish being awkward. Since covid as well, now you have to queue outside in the freezing cold/ rain, which you don't have to at any other post office. Avoid!!

Since COVID-19... the post office service takes ages. You have to queue for ages as they only allow 1 person in the shop at a time which can mean up to 20-30mins.

Long queue and the staff is chatting,on top of that when is your turn they are rude and unprofessional!!!
Will never return there!!!!!!
