We were driven around Fort-William to Glencoe and back, by the most kind, gracious and wonderful driver — Peter. The taxi ride was smooth, reliable and reasonably priced. Travelling to a new place can be anxiety inducing because the terrain can be so unfamiliar. Peter made it feel extremely safe! He is also an amazing person to get to learn more about the place from! He made our day and we hope he can see this review. Thank you for the breakfast recommendations and the views!

Pedro took 5 of us plus rucksacks from Fort William to Kinloch Hourn in his minibus. Price was pretty comparable to other taxi firms in the area but Lochaber was the only one I spoke to that would take a larger group. Road was a bit bumpy but was it went quite quickly. Just remember to bring cash or pay in advance as there's not much signal in Knoydart!

So thankful! I arrived on a different train late in the rain due to strikes plus weather, with my dog, and luggage. I called a few taxi services that listed pet friendly with good reviews but were short on the phone & to busy. I got rlly lucky with Lochaber taxi service, driver arrived promptly on time, was so kind, wish him and his partner a great vacation abroad! Thanks again.

Booked a taxi with Locaber Taxis to pick us up at Banavie Station, by the Neptune Staircase for 10.30. When we booked, we specifically asked for a dog-friendly taxi.

10.50, no taxi. I called them and was told that I hadn't booked a taxi with them, and my booking call had been diverted to A&A Taxis. Wasn't told that when I booked.

Rang A&A who said they'd waited ten minutes for us and we hasn't turned up. They were waiting in the wrong car park... and rather than ring me, they just left.

They then sent another taxi out, which arrived at 11.15am. 45 mins late. The icing on the cake was the taxi was not dog-friendly!

Luckily the driver took pity on us and made an exception and allowed our dog on board.

Awful service from both Lochaber and A&A. On the way back we booked Greyhound Taxis, who were marvellous!

Great Service and very friendly: we were in a bad situation as a weeklong prebooked transfer was cancelled without any reason by another taxi company (mytaxe.eu) at 6.30 pm saturday evening with the planned transfer being at 11
am the next day.

I called Ron from Lochaber Taxis at 7.30 in the morning and he was right on time for the transfer at 11 am in the City of Mallaig one our away from fort William. Thank you very much again for making this happen, you saved us hours of our holiday wasted with waiting!

Very good timely service. Our driver Pedro was really helpful and always looked into our safety and comfort since we were travelling with baby and senior citizens. Highly recommend their services.keep it up guys👍

I called for a transit to the local Bus Station. The Taxi didn't arrive, after 5 Minutes i called the driver again and he ASSURED me he will be there in 5 minutes. He didn't. After another 10 minutes i called again and another person told me they dont even see a booking and will call me back to arrange another taxi. My trust expired and I decided to run to the bus station. The taxi service obviously didn't call me back.
Worst taxi experience ever, 0/10.
