Exceptional and engaging service from Helen made my whole van hire and removal entirely stress-free. The van hire was particularly good value since the vans are equipped with a powered tailgate and a hand/sack truck, which helped with the bulkier items. Would definitely recommend and use again.

A shambles. Apparently an order was placed on a 'old' website that is not operable. A collection time/date was arranged, a receipt sent but when, on the day, the company was contacted to confirm collection they knew nothing about the order! The sister company did not either. [The latter were very helpful the former, initially, not so]. Now the customer is completely stranded - it is too late to arrange another company. The customer needed to vacate the property.... What to do?
Very poor - avoid.

I can highly recommend these guys. I rented their Luton Van to move house (on more than one occasion). Very fair price and always go the extra mile to help if you need it.

Great service and really fair prices. Because of covid I couldn't confirm whether or not I would need the vehicle until the last minute, but they were flexible and let me make the decision at the last minute with no additional charge.
