LMS are thoroughly professional, and a pleasure to work with. We jointly managed a renovation of our rental property, and they successfully found and managed good contractors with us, whilst regularly communicating on progress or otherwise to ensure no misunderstandings. the teamwork between us was exemplary. They found a good new tenant as soon as the renovation was complete and managed their takeover of the property including all utilities. Thank you all for your excellents work.

Absolutely flawless service from the whole team. We're made up with how the move went. I felt sorry for them that we personally chose useless Solicitors who were a nightmare to deal with. But the team at LMS pushed them over the line for us at the end, and got the move in date we all wanted. I know I'll be using them again in the future. If you're wanting to buy or sell, I'm positive LMS will make it easy 🙂

LMS have handled our buy to let property for the last 16 years. They are quite simply superb, ultra professional, the friendliest, most helpful and professional people you could wish to meet. We have not visited this property since we bought it in 2009 due to their ultra efficiency. The time had come to sell and as ever they handled our sale with marvellous efficiency.
