Absolutely incredible service. Despite multiple delays, constantly fluctuating moving dates and us being constant thorns in their side, I'm sure, Lloyds were caring, patient and understanding of our difficult situation. Moving day was like a dream, and all of the crew were friendly, upbeat and are clearly a well drilled, efficient team. The unload (in Manchester, after a long, traffic-hit day of travelling the day before) was stress-free and the guys were friendly, great fun and worked like troopers. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have used Lloyds of Essex 3 times over the years. On this occasion, we were moving over 200 miles. From the very first call to the removal day itself, all communications were professional, timely and very well thought through.
On the move day itself, the (4 bed) house was fully loaded by 10:30am. The vans then transported everything to Cardiff where by 7pm the same day, everything was unloaded and in the correct location at the new house.
The whole approach of the team was calm, hard working and extremely polite. There were no damages.
We have no hesitation in recommending this company

In the process of moving house it was necessary to find a firm that could remove my home contents to storage (6 weeks) and then deliver to my new home once the sale had been completed. From the first contact Julie in the office showed her skills and experience making all of the arrangements with superb efficiency. On removal day the lorry arrived punctually having driven 80 miles around the M25 early in the morning. The three men had to take the contents of my flat down 4 flights of stairs. There was never a complaint. They cheerfully set to work and ensured that all items including the Grandfather clock was carefully wrapped and loaded securely on the lorry. Everything was then placed in store. I contacted Julie again on completion and she was able to arrange delivery to my new home on a day to suit myself. The men have just finished this work on what has proved the hottest day of the year. 35 degrees, but with no complaints. They cheerfully put everything just where I wanted it, even carrying the beds and wardrobes upstairs. Lloyds have excelled themselves. I am hoping that this will be my last move, but if I needed to use a removal firm again, I would have no hesitation in contacting Lloyds. They have been just great - thank you to everyone.

An absolutely FANTASTIC removal company. We got three quotes for our move from Essex to Yorkshire. Lloyds came out cheapest, and our initial reaction was, "is it cheaper for a reason?" We needn't have worried - their service from start to finish was nothing less than perfect! They arrived on time, made no fuss of anything, kept our kids entertained and helped keep us relaxed during a stressful day. They drove from Essex to York, had unloaded, helped put beds together and kept everything clear and tidy. I cannot find one thing to fault about their service. We've moved a few times over the past 10 years and without doubt, Lloyds is the best removal company by miles!
