From the moment the team arrived to pick up our boxes, we were thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. The entire process, from collection to delivery, was remarkably fast. When the team arrived to deliver the boxes to our home, they were not only prompt but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Given that we have stairs at our residence in Sri Lanka and my parents were unable to assist with moving the boxes, we requested that the delivery be made right in front of our house. Used to be really good, sadly over the years the care has gone really down. Our parcels did not arrive on time in Sri Lanka and when we tried calling Panduka and Kusal they kept avoiding our calls. When the parcels finally arrived many things were missing. Very disappointed and will no longer be using them. Struggled to give even one star. The service is awful, the agents they use in Sri Lanka are rogues.
