Usually reliable unless you pre-book for another day. Nearly missed a trip to London because the driver only found he had my pick-up when he looked at his phone at the time he should have been at my house 4.30 am. . (I always found that pre-booked meant your pick-up was prioritised) and another time I pre-booked for 8.30 the following morning & because they were busy with the school runs my taxi arrived 20 mins late! Made my appointment by the skin of my teeth! Also got aggro from the driver ( for 5 minutes) when I politely mentioned that I did book the night before. No apology given!

Love being able to order the taxi through the app and have an estimate of how much it will cost. Also can track the taxi so you can see its eta. Drivers are all lovely. Good pricing.

Yesterday experienced the worst service from one of your drivers called Sam. Honestly he was not polite. We had two big bags and the moment he saw them he starring shouting complaining. He couldn't help us get the bags in the car. My husband had to do it on his own. The small bag I had to get with it inside and he was shouting shouting that we would damage his seats. He was rude all the way. I felt like because we are black people he did not like us. It was the worst service ever.
