My whole family have been going to Lewsey PO since 1985. Over the years it has changed hands many times and it’s always been continuously good.

I had the pleasure of meeting the new Patel crew and the ladies were absolutely fabulous! Their customer service was faultless. They went out of their way to help me with a parcel heading for the USA and even put the box together for me! Now that’s a first.

I would recommend everyone to visit/support this PO at least once to witness why the reviews are so good.

I came in with an Amazon parcel that had instructions for them to package it for me to return to Amazon but the woman wasn’t even read at to listen to me. She just wanted me to purchase a sellotape and package it myself. I explained to her that the instructions stated that they have to package it but she refused and went further to tell me the instructions says it but they don’t have anything to package my stuff so I should buy a sellotape and do it. This is not fair and I feel they don’t listen. It’s not my fault for following instructions. If u don’t have the packaging accessories just ask Amazon to provide it for you. I don’t have to be put through this. It wasn’t fair.
