Swift efficient service. We used the app to put on all persons travelling id. in advance.
(I had email contact with their contact as I had input an incorrect registration, and the response was dealt with and adjustments made within 24 hours! ).
We found pet reception really efficient and swift.

By far the easiest and quickest way across the channel, no problem with bad weather. Spent 10 hours on a cross channel ferry once due to bad weather never again.

.the same every year. poor English people go to Spain on holiday and the drivers are shown the middle finger. why do you think truck drivers don't have families!? It makes me want to puke when I see the Channel Tunnel and the Dover Ferry!

Excellent way to travel from uk to France, I could purchase a ticket directly at the gate and I embarked 20 minutes later, in less then 1 hour I was already in France

First time ever on this, checkpoints and directions to where we needed to go were easy to follow, service at the Passports area was greated with smiles and lovely people, which made our trip down to here so much easy. Id definately come again on here. Obviously ive got the return back from france.

Can’t help but give a three. When it’s good is good, when it’s bad it’s bad. Very reasonable prices, great crossing times. Often if you arrive early it’s possible to catch an earlier train. Equally so if it’s cold outside you can be kept there for hours, or like today stuck in the car park for hours in 35+ degrees sunshine with no explanation as to why. Customer services, closed. Success!
