Very poor customer service. Unprofessional people who don’t know how to speak to customers. They are very rude and lack of customer service. They don’t delivered as promise and they open barrels and take things from the barrels. I am not happy at all with the way they treated me when I shipped my things with them. They took my stuffs and it was 3weeks overdue to collect in Freetown. I will not recommend this type of shipping agent to anyone as they are not reliable.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. I shipped my stuff from October and did not receive it in Sierra Leone. When I went to the office in Sierra Leone a lot of people were not satisfied with the service. The guy even said he won't funking refund me my money.
