Michael and Kay are a pleasure to deal with, making my life as a business owner so much easier! They are fast, friendly and bend over backwards to get the job done! I am a genuine client that had really bad experience with the company. I've booked campaign to have 5000 leaflets delivered on specific day as my campaign was time sensitive which I did explain when I first booked it. Initially I found getting in touch with anyone in "the office" quite hard and on some occasions had to chase few times. I decided to deliver my leaflets to the company myself as they wanted to charge me £40 for collection. Red lights should have come up when I realised that their "office" address is actually lock up in one of the storage places. I should have run then. Couple of days after the campaign was supposed to be done, I received a email confirming all went to plan. I live and work in the area and have many friends and colleagues that do as well, I checked with few of them and to my horror they confirmed they have not received my leaflets. I contacted Leaflet Distribution Team to complain and they assured me the rest of the leaflets will be delivered in couple of days. They even offered me "drive along" which I did and I must say even thou the supervisor was a very nice chap, we spent best part of the hour looking for the distributors and when we finally did, it looked more like they were killing time rather than delivering leaflets.
I received a report following this campaign which had not much information and definitely not how many leaflets were actually delivered and my friends have not received them again. To save my re - launch I had to deliver some of them myself and wasn't surprised when I had response from the 200 I've done and not even one single client from the 5000 leaflets this company supposedly delivered. When I contacted them, I received an email saying that my case was passed to manager who is on holiday and I never heard from them again.
The chaps were nice and polite but I would not recommended them or used them again. As far as I am concerned I've lost £350. 5000 leaflets and god knows how many clients. If you are depending on the campaign to build your business, I wouldn't use this company.

I chose this scam of a company to distribute 5000 mail drops to businesses in Mayfair as the assured me that they get business cards from any company they visit and send then on to me to follow up. They said they did the distribution over three days (30/10-01/11) and I never received one phone call or email....I was only expecting a 1% return. I chased up Tashan for the business cards I was promised, and after 3 weeks I finally received Three!!! I don't believe they ever did the distribution service and just took my money (£624.00) they haven't provided my GPS tracking which they said they would and their manager Matt hasn't had the courtesy to return my calls. SO AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS AND FIND A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY ELSEWHERE.

I am still awaiting the GPS tracking from the campaign which Matt promised he would send over!! again I state the job was never done and you just stole my money. The only reason you contacted me was because of my previous review. You have no ethics or conscious! I'm sorry but if I pay you to distribute 5000 mailers in London, not all are office blocks or security receptions, I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a 10% return of business cards!!

Above everything else we wanted someone to deliver our leaflets properly after having some bad experience with another leaflet distribution company. Leaflet distribution team provided a really good service and told us what they can and can’t do so we were aware of the limitations and expectations beforehand. I have already recommended them to two of my friends and would recommend them to anyone else.
