How does a post office not sell envelopes? I had 3 questions and the teller could not help me with any of them. It would be better to drive 10 miles out of the way to find a more competent and efficient post office that is able to offer BASE level services.

Awful. Had 2 parcels. One was larger than the other. They took the first one as normal and they saw the next one and suddenly told me it was bank holiday so it wouldn't be picked up until Tuesday. It wasn't a bank holiday. Wouldn't give me the first parcel back to take elsewhere. Why lie? Strange experience

This is the nearest Post Office to me since the one in Stonehouse closed. Situated within the Co-op Food Store it provides a range of services. The normal Post Office ones like stamps parcels etc plus a pick up point for Amazon parcels. It also functions as a bank hub.

Unfortunately this is the second time we have gone to pick up a parcel only to be told it is not there. This is despite there being full tracking history and photographic evidence that it has been delivered to the PO counter!!
Also being directed back to the delivery office despite the tracking clearly showing it is not there is NOT ON !!
I'll let John Lewis deal with it

Last visit the post office section in the coop was closed and a notice was put up informing it would reopen at 2pm, went back later and it was still closed this time there was no notice, had to use the main checkout section to pay a bill and withdraw cash.

Superb service from the counter staff. I arrived after closing as the time for a Saturday on google was wrong, but the kind lady gave me my parcel I was there to collect...thank you very much again.
