As regular users of a wide range of transport companies both same day B2B services and overnight freight couriers we very regularly choose to use. Yes they are very competitive with their pricing and help us out whenever they can to shave off a few pennies when we are up against it but we mostly use KTALB because they are always there when we need them. Day or night. Very often with last minute emergencies and to date, we’ve never been let down by them.

We don’t always get it right, but Kim is so accommodating and never judgemental. Kim and her team clearly put the customer first and I would not hesitate to recommend KTALB to anyone.

Decided to use this company as they were local to the pick up point for our goods. Absolutely first class service and great value. Kim was extremely professional, informative and great to work with. I was kept fully informed of the delivery time and follow up call to ask how things had gone. The two drivers were very professional polite and efficient in unloading the goods. Highly recommend this company and would definitely use again.

Kim and her colleagues gave us outstanding service. I asked for help getting materials from Wiltshire to Essex extremely late in the day and they had it picked up with no fuss within the hour and delivered next day at 0730 as requested. They made what could have been a painful process very straightforward and were very pleasant about it too. Would heartily recommend them.

Absolute dream of a company to work with. I had a customer who needed same day delivery service twice in a week, where everything in the project had gone wrong. Kim, specifically, was very communcative and went above and beyond in everything she did to ensure that the deliveries went smoothly and as planned. The driver had long drives and kept everyone up to date with traffic and delays on the road.
I highly recommend this company to every distributor and company requiring fast and efficient service.
