As someone who has no knowledge of this area of business but supports charities in other countries I was tasked with shipping charitable donations to places I hadn’t even heard of. With the support and guidance of this team, not only did the donations get there but, using their expert knowledge, they got there using less of the charity’s funds.
Should have written this review some time ago to say a huge thank you to Karen, Lee and your team for your support and I will be back to use the service again soon as more equipment is ready. 😉

Guiding and supporting me through the process of sending a charity parcel by air out to Ruu Rumwe School in Namibia. Commercial invoices are so daunting for me but you took the stress out of the whole process. An Excellent service and great communications.
Your team were so welcoming and professional, it was a pleasure to meet them at your offices.
Your kind charitable donation to help with the transport costs and the pens you added to the parcel really was incredible snd meant so much to me as a fundraiser and to the children and the school. I can’t thank you enough.
