Bex turned up with our logs on a pallet , we have a long gravel driveway the electric pallet machine wouldn’t work on the driveway , Bex was very kind and used straps to pull it up to the house . Thank you Bex so much for your help.

Big thank you to Becs, was expecting a delivery, via Pallet Force, on Monday. After ringing Pallet Force was told that it would be Tuesday due to amount of deliveries. Driver failed to show up and returned to the depot without delivering. Becs came out after 5, after already doing a full days deliveries, to deliver the outstanding pallets, turned up at 7PM still happy and smiling. Very apologetic for the delay even though it was nothing to do with her. Great recovery Knowles, very much appreciated.
