My cousin Jen, introduced me to an amazing floor intaller, who purchased the vynil flooring from knoa's and I must say that the floors intalled looks amazing!! They are not cheap, but the quality you will get is well worth it. I had a cheaper quote from Carpet and flooring liquidators, but there flooring is cheap and staff is nasty. I meet the secretary at knoa's and she was kind and helpful. I would rather pay more for quality, than way less for those other cheap floors sold by other companies. You get what you pay for. 🙂

Was introduced to their products by Phillis, who took the time to provide me with all the information needed for the products. 90% of the time they have their products available, worst case scenario they have any Houston which takes only a couple of days to come in.

Very horrible customer service, they never have anything in stock. I'm picking up material and they have people lined up with no warehouse guy to load up. Took them about 30 minutes to finally finish with one customer. Oh and the worse thing is that they say they aren't open to the public but they are. I witnessed it myself them thinking i didn't understand Spanish but i do.
Couldn't post without giving a star but I don't approve it. I'll give them negative if I could!!
