When ever I want to use any services here, they always say they can't do it. I did something simple like trued yo get a large parcel delivered, they said it was too big!! They are so lazy, especially the little dumpy one that works there! I live locally but will always go elsewhere to use post office services!

Been to collect a parcel, I hadn't collected a parcel before when there's been a long queue, to be told by people queuing outside that there is a queue, I obviously offended because but I didn't realise as the queue was outside which is strange, the post office is in the wrong place as there's nowhere to stand and queue from the inside so could do with being at the back of the store. I queued for a lengthly time with customers basically stood up my arse, no way should there been a queue outside a shop entrance, wouldnt say that is actually safe and we aren't in covid anymore. The lady had an issue with the scanner as usual but that wasn't her fault, need more than 1 member of staff as it runs too slow.

Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Efficient & friendly! Always pass the time of day while they are serving which is a very important part of village life. For some older people it's their only contact once a week when they collect their pension. The pace of modern life somtimes takes over with everyone too busy to remember to chat.

No urgency in staff. 2 chatting on the back. 9 people queuing. 2021 now. Unfortunately the main post office is still only open between around 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. even though the post office is supposed to offer service from 7 in the morning until 10 at night so I have just been to collect my Amazon parcel that had delivered to the post office as I would been out during the day to find that I need to come back during office hours when I'm at work
