I have only ever received friendly and polite service at this post office, it is a real pleasure to use the services on offer there. I could go to a bigger office very close by but like others I find the staff there quite surly and I would much rather travel across to the Kippax PO to deal with the staff there

If Carlesburg did post offices, then this would be it!!
Turns a mundane duty into a fun pack rollercoaster ride of comedy, wit, and interesting facts, but at the same time, super fast efficiency in processing your request.
It was a pleasure to visit, and im looking forward to my next time.
The staff at the post office are a great asset to the village !!

Been here a couple of times and it was what you would expect, helpful and friendly staff. However today (Saturday) I walked for 40 mins to post a couple of parcels which were hard to carry to find that it wasn’t even open. On the hours on google it says that on a Saturday the post office is open until 5:30pm, so I had to walk all the way back, another 40 mins with my parcels. Very disappointed with this.

Been here afew times and great service but it states on hours of business that it’s open until 5.30 on a Saturday and now been a couple of times on a Saturday and it’s definitely not open until 5.30. Please amend opening hours.
