This is the second time we booked the whole place (10 rooms) for our annual tour of the Jurassic Coast. Curtis is an amazing host, the location is brilliant for getting to the centre of town and the Brewers Quai - plenty of parking as well. Oohh- I almost forgot, the breakfast is legendary!

My wife and I booked a one night stay at the weekend at this hotel, clean tidy and a lovely breakfast a 15 minute walk from the town centre. Friendly staff and I couldn't have asked for anymore. I will look forward to another stay in the future and would recommend.

Once again a wonderful stay with the effervescent host Curtis. Breakfasts are great and the whole place is very clean. Water is hot and the beds are very comfortable. View from room 6 is great , you can see the sea and watch the boats coming and going. Lovely quiet place with plenty of parking space. Hopefully be back next year. Thank you for a great time.

We booked a very last minute trip, and we're so glad that we found this guest house.|Plenty of parking on site |We were in room 9, which was huge had everything we needed and towels were huge and really soft. Shampoo and body gel are supplied for you. |Breakfast was absolutely lovely, and freshly cooked to order|Hosts were great, we were made to feel genuinely welcome.|Location is fab, there is a bit of a hill down to the marina but when you get there it is so lovely,.plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from. |This is very clearly advertised as an adults only guest house.|We will definitely be returning|

We had a brilliant weekend at Kingswood with a group of friends. The beds are large and very comfortable and the breakfast is outstanding: Loads of choice and all freshly prepared. We were made to feel very welcome by Curtis. Nothing was too much trouble and he is absolutely lovely. A big thank you from all of us Curtis, we hope to see you next year.

Chose this guesthouse for a one night stay in Weymouth to see a show at the Pavilion based on its location and availability of free parking . We wanted to be in a quieter location and not have to leave our car in a public car park , we were also allowed to park our car there before checking in . It’s a 10/15 minute walk down to the seafront , but more uphill returning . We stayed in Room 5 which is very generous in size with a separate dressing area , 3 windows with views of the sea in the distance. Large comfy bed with crisp white linen , did find it a bit warm at night as didn’t realise the radiators were still on. There was a good choice of breakfast cooked freshly to order , as well as cereals , fresh fruit and yogurt. Decor is a bit dated in the communal areas but sometimes it’s good to go back in time and doesn’t stop you having a good stay when all you need is a comfy room for the night and a warm welcome .

Our one night stay at the Kingswood was comfortable and clean with an amazing view of the sea from our room (Room 6) The kingsized bed was comfortable and we slept well. The place is a little dated, but it remains very homely and welcoming. Robbie & his Wife Janice made sure we were made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was really lovely, nice thick slices of bacon and plenty of coffee, set us up for the day. |The place itself is in a good location, not too far to walk to the harbour and it's many eateries, but the bus stop is nearby also. The special winter offer price of only £95.00 per night which included the breakfast, was amazing.

Our room had a 4 piece suite and beautiful views of the sea. Couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was delicious!!
