TV box arrived bent with damaged corners. Photos sent to Kingscroft Logistics - Company would not provide a full or partial refund. This was needed at a critical time i was moving house, and caused me a lot of stress, having to move a large TV without a useable box. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

This is a friendly family company that really goes the extra mile to ensure your order is fulfilled correctly. They keep in touch regularly and are very receptive to being asked questions. There is good car parking and they have a full storage facility. Never been disappointed.

Really happy with the service that Kingscroft deliver. They were prompt and the boxes I ordered were exactly what I was looking for. Only small down side was they should really send a conformation email to say your order was received, I called up to double check and the lady on the phone was very helpful and really nice.
