I ordered a shed from Costco to be delivered by Kinetic & arranged for family to come down 500 miles from Scotland to help me assemble it. Unfortunately shortly after reserving a delivery slot Kinetic suffered a catastrophic IT failure which completely scrambled their systems and the reservation was lost.

I was really panicking given the time sensitive nature of the delivery (we had one weekend to receive & build the shed before going away for an extended period) & the fact family were travelling especially to help.

I emailed the Kinetic team several times over two weeks trying to get confirmation of whether the delivery could still be made on time. Despite being under what must have been immense pressure from many worried customers Liz, Kayla & the team were always very polite & punctual in their responses to my emails, even when they had no further news to update me on.

I'm happy to say that they were eventually able to confirm the delivery in time for my family to come down & the shed arrived only a day later than originally planned.

I want to thank the Kinetic team for working flat out to manually re-plan all their deliveries, for getting my shed to me on time & for dealing with me so courteously during what must have been a nightmare few weeks for them.

Excellent carrier with professional drivers. This driver had a problem in the lobby of my apartment because Concierge wasn’t there and called me directly. He delivered a massive box to the hallway in front of my apartment so that I could manage it myself from there. Courteous, hard-working, good star Company and Driver.

Booking slot confirmed and accepted by message. Guess what? Changed delivery slot by the company to completely different day and time without information (and I only find out from 'their tracking website') so I will need arrange another day with my employer just to make sure that I will be home to receive my stuff from Costco. I don't have anything else then keep waiting until Kinetic Logistics will kindly deliver my item... reading actual recent reviews... I am in the shock that Costco is using thier service for delivering goods...

I ordered a wooden filing cabinet. Arranged delivery with Kinetic, which was easy.
Delivery driver called to say he would be making the delivery 10 - 15 minutes beforehand. Unfortunately, the person at home was called out so I asked the driver if he could just leave it by my gate. They went the extra mile and tucked it around the side of my property which was very good of them. Very mich appreciated and to that driver, whoever you were, thank you.

Really helpful team from Mansfield delivered some garden furniture for me today. Polite and professional and even agreed to take it round the back of my garden for me without complaining which was lovely of them. Credit to the company.

Pleased my item was brought up to the first floor and into my apartment. In saying this, the personnel delivering the product was rude and impatient. Their presentation can be better.
