In our household we call it the Royal Fail: 70% of deliveries to our address either fail, are delayed or delivered to the wrong place. I can’t count the number of times we have received mail for completely random addresses. North London, yes, but most certainly not for us. Problems with literacy, maybe. Issues with client service, commitment, and professionalism? Most certainly! Seems like they don’t care one iota about their customers. Reliable only in their unreliability. And on top of everything it is impossible giving, or getting, any personal feedback!

Excellent service so far if posts are not urgent. It will be helpful if the delivery office is open until 2pm, Monday - Saturday to support businesses in the area and individuals at large who use Royal Mail Special delivery 1pm services. I have missed an urgent special delivery post today which should have arrived before 1pm today being a Thursday but the delivery office is now closed without my urgent parcel arriving on time to fulfil an urgent business need / loss of funds as a result. Please consider reverting your delivery times to finish at 2pm instead of 10am in the morning which does not leave enough time for parcels posted the previous night to arrive the next day to ensure it arrives to it's destination by 1pm [total loss of funds and
resulting to unsatisfactory services to our customers in the end]

The people working there are lovely but how the hell is this place only open for two hours a day This is hugely inconvenient. Surely you can consider opening from 3-5pm

I get that industrial action is important for workers but this could have at least been reflected in the online opening times. I just wasted work leave to retrieve a parcel only to find the Delivery office closed.

I agree with all these comments. Have been using this sorting office for years. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking situation is a scandal. Is private rd I'm told and the owners employ a company to fine the local community for stopping outside their community sorting office. We, as a community, need to do something about this! I was fined £100 for stopping for 2 minutes to collect my daughters school photo. I wrote to the enforcers but they did not care. They employ someone who drives around waiting for unsuspecting customers to park and then taking photos of your car while you pick up your parcel, Mercenary! Scandalous!
