I have used Keep Safe Storage for over 8 months. The team are very helpful and discuss the storage requirements you need.
The facility is bright, clean and there are trolleys and pallet trucks available to use. It is very secure. They sell everything for packing up your items.
I also used 2 removal companies from their list and both were very good, I would use them again. I would recommend and use Keep Safe again

Long standing customer of this company, polite, helpful, personal service. Maybe not the cheapest storage company around, but one of the few (certainly in this area) that has properly heated, temperature and humidity controlled storage. Comprehensive security system, good opening hours.

Good size storage and reasonable pricing. Sadly, that's where the positives end.

Inept customer service, beginning with an unauthorised £466 debit of my business account when the fee was due to be paid was £66. The company waited for ME to call THEM to query the issue rather than them deciding it would be professional and helpful to call me. One gentleman I spoke with about the problem stated he was shocked that I wasn't screaming down the phone at him. That's not my style. I do though believe that my politeness and good manners in dealing with this company's inefficient and alarmingly amateur approach to customer service has been taken as a weakness for them to exploit.

There are other matters relating to my experience with this company which I will refrain from elaborating on in this review, I would though guide you to look elsewhere for storage space prior to enquiring with Keep Safe Self Storage. You do though reserve the right to think for yourself and make your own decision.

By the way, I was informed by two members of staff at Keep Safe that my experience is apparently now part of this company's induction training programme. It's pleasing to know I have made a lasting impression on this company, as they have made a lasting impression on me! Not an impression I would want any other potential customer to encounter.

This is a group of rip off merchants who claim that they have not recieved payment despite being paid by direct debit. They then charge you a late payment fee and lock your goods up so you cannot get access to them. In addition to that they increase their prices every other month at a rate higher than inflation. Avoid them like the plauge
