Absolutely amazing service from the start. Only booked a van initially as family member had already booked storage room elsewhere.

Once our rented storage room elsewhere was filled up, we needed another room so jumped at chance to call J&R Solutions and spoke with Steve to book a 100sq ft room at a better rate than the 75sq ft room we had elsewhere !

Steve was very customer focused and explained everything that was on offer ( which was a much better deal that what we had elsewhere might I add, especially with the 50% discount etc )

Steve gives customer service like your renting a 5star hotel room, such a nice guy and delivers all required info and instruction in an easy to understand manner.

Bottom line is, very happy with the room, service, rental deal, vehicle etc and will 100% be using this company going forward.

Very professional service, staff were friendly and had a personal knowledge about the vehicle I hired.

I left items behind on the van, I messaged them to explain and when I went to collect they had removed the items and had them ready for me to collect, even helping me with doors.

The vehicle itself was in perfect working order, clean and ran smoothly.
