Me and my husband used this shipping service for the first time recently to send parcels across India
The parcels did not arrive on time and they said it is due to Christmas that the courier is being delayed. However after a few days they did not answer out calls and one day I had to call their office number in order to speak with them.
One of the two parcels reached after a month and the excuse was that they had incorrect sent both the parcels to same address and later rectified this.
Terrible service. Huge disappointment

During September, I sent a parcel to JPN in order for them to give to Sri Lanka. This package contained chocolate which came up to a total of £70. Not only I gave chocolate for them to send, I have also given them perfume’s which was £15, this was for my family members to share. After I sent the package for the company to send it to Sri Lanka, it came up to a total of £75. Later on in Sri Lanka I was informed that they received the parcel, but they said they only received the clothes I sent them and a few colouring pencils. I called them about this problem but they said that the customs have took the perfume and the chocolate which came up to a total of £85. After this, the company said that they could not refund us at all because it was not their fault. The reason why I am writing this review is because I did not get a refund and they did not inform me at all about taking our items and not returning it back to us.

Please don't use this company to send boxes. Have sent two boxes to sri lanka. They have taken over 3 months to deliver the boxes and they have taken so many items from the boxes. And when you speak to them regarding the missing items they just refused to take responsibility. Owner is really doggy and twisting the story. Please don't use their service to send your hard earned valuables.

Never use their service. They ask for delivery charges again, even though you pay for door to door service. Till that they won't release our cargo. A guy called Prakash Raj(Indian) is talking about Sri Lankan situation and robbing money. Delivery charges for Jaffna is Rs.1800 and Colombo Rs.5600. He doesn't know the locations even.

A company of liars and thieves. They collected my box and said it will be on the next shipment in 3 days but when I asked for an update they said it will be on the next shipment again and again until over a month later when it actually got on the ship.

Once it arrived at the destination they said that they didn't have enough money to pay the taxes for that particular shipment though eventually it was received. The big issue here was that around £40 worth of items were stolen from the box and I'm quite sure it was the shipping company because local customs use a special tape to seal a box that they have checked while this was just brown tape that was very hastily taped up. When asked about this they said that they can't do anything about that.

It took nearly 4 months for my box to go from door to door.

Disgraceful company!! I have used this as a recommendation from a friend. I should have researched it more before I used this company.
I have send a box to Srilanka in May but yet to receive it. Very unprofessional. They do not have a company in Srilanka. When I asked for a number and address of the company in Srilanka they gave me a single phone number. Unfortunately the person never ever answer the phone.

This is the worst shipping service in London. They will tell everyone within 10 days your parcel or box will reach your destination! But they never send it within 10 days..it will take more than 20 days..30/08/18 I sent a box to sri Lanka through this shipping service..today 12/09/18..still not received..I phoned them to ask about my box..they don't know when that box going to sri Lanka.They gave me phone number in sri Lanka and asked me to ring them and ask about my box..no responsibility at all..I never recommend to anyone this service..very bad customer service..I still waiting for my box to reach to my home..

Very poor and disappointing services. Please do not trust and send through this service, they're cheating people and taking money from people saying they will deliver within 10 days but no response after collecting the money and even after 20 days still no update about the parcel.
