Great service from start to finish. Firstly (unlike many removal firms) they came out to complete a personal quote. Very reasonable price and great communications throughout. On the day of my move the team turned up on schedule and did a fantastic job. Despite me only getting the keys to my new property mid afternoon (the team had been waiting a long time to complete the move) they finished the job in super time and were a great bunch of guys. Highly recommended and would use again.

This is the second time I’ve used Johnsons to move home, and On both occasions, the service has been superb.
Viv in the office is a star, extremely flexible when it came to finalising My actual move date when it looked like the dates were going to change. In the end, I moved on the original forecasted date.

The lads that came to the house to pack us up Were a great, fun to speak to, very courteous And careful when packing up our belongings. The same can be said on day two when we packed up the rest of the stuff and unloaded at our new property.

Johnsons were the only removal company I contacted who arrived on time for the appointment.

Everyone I subsequently and talked to was courteous and polite. The men who packed our home and then unpacked into our new later the same day were very helpful.

The large dining room table which wouldn't fit into our new home was stored for a few months together with other items whilst we had renovations and extensions built.

I have no hesitation in recommending Johnsons Moving Service to future customer enquiries.

A great removals team. The office staff were attentive and understanding. The removals team arrived each of the 3 days on time and were all very polite and pleasant to deal with. Made what had been a stressful time pre-move into a pleasurable experience. Really cannot recommend enough! If there were 6 stars they would get them all!

The sales manager was very thorough and clear in his explanations and approach, and this was followed up equally efficiently by the office when accepting the quote and arranging the move date. On the day(s) the guys were punctual and very efficient and polite and took care with our possessions.
