I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back. I booked a week in advance for a MOT, service, and a new tyre. They did the service but didn’t do the MOT because the tyre wasn’t there—despite having had seven days to sort it. I was told to come back two days later, and unbelievably, the tyre still hadn’t arrived. I ended up having to go out and buy a tyre myself and bring it to them just so they could do the MOT. Absolute joke. No apology, no accountability, and clearly no concern for the inconvenience they caused. Shocking service.

Excellent Honda franchise dealer. I have been using them for many years now and find the whole team a great bunch. People like Aaron in the worksop and Simon in sales make this place even better. Prices for maintenance can be high but these are Honda pros and charge accordingly. You get what you pay for! Great service and facility guys... keep it up!
